Umm...not really sure how this blog thing works, but I had some ideas. So I'll put them as a comment here. These would be for the "travel" segment I guess.

I think you should have two of the actors go out and kind of interview random people (on campus, the street, wherever). Do we have like a hand microphone thing? Anyway, they should ask just random, stupid, opinion-based questions like "who would win in a fight between Spiderman and Batman?" As the person begins to answer, the two of them would make it increasingly obvious that they're just trying to settle a bet. Like when the person starts to answer, the guy with the mic would start spreading his legs and cringing while the second actor readies to kick him in the groin. The person you're interviewing wouldn't know it, but whatever he/she might answer, the second actor will be like "HA! I TOLD YOU!" The other guy will of course then be like, "Shit. Okay, just hurry up and do it, you win." The person you're interviewing will just have to stand there and watch the repercussions of his/her answer to the question--this guy getting kicked in the crotch.

Of course you could alternate questions, or what kind of torturous thing would settle the bet. I also thought it'd be hilarious if one of them involved what seems like a serious injury being inflicted on one of the actors (fake blood and gore would be awesome) just to make the interviewee feel even worse.

Or maybe you just wouldn't tell the person, but every time they say "uh" while they're answering a question, one of the two actors gets to punch the other in the stomach or something...just see if they eventually get it and stop saying "uh." Stuff like that.

I also thought it might be kinda funny if you set up really tempting kind of things...cookies on a plate and what not. Even put a sign there that says like "free cookies!" But have a camera just sitting out right in front of them watching you. I wonder what people would do...(oh yeah, and you might also need a second camera so that people at home can see the whole setup of the other camera).

Or you could walk around offering people food, but have one of the "pedestrians" actually be an actor. Right after someone else starts to eat whatever it is, the actor--also eating it--starts to like throw up, or bleed out the eyes. Or maybe if it's something like warm chips and salsa, you could make the guy serving it seem sick, with some of the food around his mouth...like maybe that "salsa" starts to look a lot like vomit...

Okay, this is getting to be a really long first comment, but one more thing. Just throwing this out there...cartoon-like traps set up on the street? Like roadrunner/coyote-style. See if people will avoid stepping in a loop of rope or something if they see it's tied to like a giant boulder or a catapult or something...that's a lot of work on props, but it could be pretty funny.

Any thoughts? I thought some of that was kinda funny at least. There's plenty of potential for elaboration and improv in there too...
